I’m pretty sure if you’d told me I’d like a book that starts with a guy dying, then waking up as a disembodied artificial intelligence I would have scoffed. Yet, these books are great! Funny, full of action, and lots of creative problem solving. There are three books in the series so far. They follow the adventures of an AI and his many not-quite-perfect copies as they roam the universe trying to save the reminents of humanity and avoid angry alien species.
